About
I'm Kieran Thomson, a planning manager based in North Wales. I started out in 1999 as an assistant planner on the A55 in Anglesey and have since planned projects for contractors, consultants and clients across the UK and overseas.
I set up Dragon Project Planning Ltd in 2013 to provide independent planning support. My approach is collaborative: I work with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders so everyone understands the programme, has input into it, and takes ownership of delivering it.
I'm analytical with programme data and practical about what it means on site, whether that's earned value, forecasting or a critical path that needs protecting.
